Business is a science. It just crossed my mind that I have to devote my time to analyse it, just like I would do with any other branch of science.

At 27, I am about to build a team. Therefore today I gear myself up to the following:
- calling a lot of guys
- convincing them to attend interviews
- sending the CV across to Carlo
- fix interviews
